Return policy
SHÉ is proud to assist you in purchasing online with additional confidence allowing you to send the items back to us if they are not right for you (change of Mind).
If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please initiate the process by emailing hello@shopshe.com.au
Returns will incur a handling fee of AUD 30 per item plus any applicable shipping back to SHÉ. Any original shipping charges or applicable duties will not be refunded.
Returns must arrive at our location within 7 days from the date the parcel is received. Items received after this period will not be accepted.
All returned items must be new, unused and with all original garment tags attached.
When you're ready to return your item(s), please place them back in the original shipping parcel along with your original invoice.
While your items are in transit back to us, please note that SHÉ cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or delay that may occur. For peace of mind, we recommend using a traceable delivery method and keeping a record of your tracking number.
Once we receive the item (in the above stated time period and condition), we will refund or exchange you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.
These change of mind refunds apply only to online purchases.
Any on premises purchases at Shop 4, Kings Arcade Armadale remain final.
Possible refunds for damaged or faulty items will take place within two weeks of being notified of the issue.
Australian Shipping
For orders within Australia we charge $8 for standard postage, $10 for express postage and free postage for orders over $700. Orders will be sent within three business days of processing your order. Orders are sent during business hours between Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia post. Shipping is not covered by insurance. Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation via email with your tracking number.
Undeliverable parcels
Australia Post will require a signature upon delivery of your parcel. Delivery may be signed for by anyone at the nominated delivery address. If this cannot be achieved, the driver will leave a delivery card at your nominated delivery address detailing how and when the delivery can be collected.
If the parcel is not collected or returned to SHÉ, re-sending this parcel to your nominated address will incur an additional $15 AUD standard shipping fee.
International Shipping
International shipping is available, costs and time frames vary. Costs vary based on the number of items purchased, total cost of order and the destination country. If you would like to place an order with us, please contact us at hello@shopshe.com.au to discuss purchase and delivery options available to you.
International orders are sent using DHL Express, which offers full tracking from dispatch to delivery. The shipping time is 2 to 6 business days, which varies from country to country. However, these delivery times are estimates only and unforeseen delays in shipping during peak times may occur.
Please ensure a safe delivery address is provided as SHÉ cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels or parcels delivered to the incorrect address (where an incorrect address was provided).
A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at the online checkout, based on the delivery address. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business address please include name of the business and full address in the shipping information upon checkout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate sort the issue out as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
